Richa Patel is a Talent Acquisition Specialist currently working with Whatfix. She has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Personnel Management and Human Resource Development from Balaji Institute of Modern Management. She also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics Engineering from Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineeering, Nagpur, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics Engineering from Priyadarshini College of Engineering, Nagpur. Richa has over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations. She has worked as a Talent Advisor with Randstad and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with BuyerForesight, a startup where she was responsible for lateral hiring, campus hiring, organization development, and HR operations. Richa believes that self-awareness is the most basic and vital element one should have to do justice to HR BP, HR Transformation, Org. Development, etc. roles. She is on a continuous quest to find out more about the human psyche, and this, along with self-awareness, has helped her develop high emotional intelligence.
