Richa Sahijani is a Solution Consultant with a passion for problem-solving. Before joining West Agile Labs, Richa worked as an ERP Functional Consultant at TCS, where she provided feasible solutions to customer problems. She worked on cross-modules like SAP MM in integration with SAP HCM and SAP SD. She provided product support to clients in 90 countries, majorly Singapore, Israel, Japan, and the US. Richa arranged weekly scrum calls with the client to discuss enhancements, manage product backlog, and handle negotiations between the client and development team. She managed stakeholders in geographically dispersed cross-functional teams. Richa holds a PGDM degree in Marketing and Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University. She also holds a Science degree from St. Xavier School, Delhi. Richa has relevant experience of 8.60 years and is skilled in Senior Software Engineering, Mobile, Web, AWS, Product Management, QA, Swift, and Integration.
