Prior to this, Richa held positions as Product Lead at Blinkit and Lead Product Manager at ThoughtWorks, where she gained valuable experience in product development and management. Richa's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from the Army Institute of Technology, College of Engineering, Pune, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering - BE from Savitribai Phule Pune University. She also completed her Higher Secondary School education at Navrachana School. Richa's technical skills include product management, and she is well-versed in the right product, right design, right data, and right tech philosophy.
