Ricky Guidry is a highly skilled Senior Consultant at Expero with over 9 years of experience in the technology industry. He has a strong background in data integration, engineering, and software development. Currently, Ricky is working at Expero as a Senior Consultant, where he is responsible for providing consultation on software development and data integration. Prior to joining Expero, Ricky worked at Iconixx as a Data Integration Engineer, where he consulted with clients on ways to improve their current business processes. He engineered Java programs and Bash scripts to extract, transform, and load client data from a source system or flat file into the Iconixx web application. He also designed and implemented Java programs that leveraged the Java Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs to ETL client’s Salesforce data. Additionally, he defined, generalized, and optimized Iconixx Data Integration (DI) process, created a standard DI framework and infrastructure that reduced deployment time for automated and staged data feeds with email alerts, and performed general engineering tasks and bug fixes for the web application. Ricky also worked at Accruent as a Software Associate, where he helped develop and maintain an enterprise data warehouse and reporting solution for SaaS customer data in an agile work environment. He used MicroStrategy as a reporting tool for exposing client data in the data warehouse and reverse engineered and integrated a 3rd party ETL framework into a Windows service. He also developed a C# Windows service, which consolidated single tenant customer data stored across multiple OLTP servers into a multi-tenant Data Warehouse, either scheduled or on demand with email alerting and helped create TFS build definition to deploy the service, databases, and MicroStrategy projects to their respective servers. Ricky holds a Master of Science (MS) in Mathematics and Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science and Mathematics from Lamar University. He has a strong technical skill set, including Java, Integration, Salesforce, Web, ETL, Data Warehouse, UI, and Infra.
