He also individually hired for senior and leadership levels with zero agency dependency, including the Engineering Head, Engineering Managers, and Principal/Staff Engineers with 15+ to 25 years of experience. Ricky's skills and domain focus for hiring included scalable distributed systems, TDD/XP, and object-oriented languages like Golang, Ruby, and Java, as well as functional programming languages like Clojure and Elixir. He also sought out open source contributors, full stack, server backend, and Android engineers, and scaled up the product management, design, and QA teams. Ricky used a research and intelligence-driven, multi-channel approach for talent networking and hiring for both his team and himself. Ricky holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and Marketing Management from Bangalore University and a B.Tech in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
