Rimjhim Roy is a Strategy Director at 82.5 (Ogilvy Group) with over 5 years of relevant experience. She has a strong background in liberal arts and digital, which has helped her become a critical strategist for critical times. Rimjhim's expertise lies in studying human behavior and brand behavior, and creating strategies that make them relevant for each other. In her current role, Rimjhim partners with humans at either end of the brand - the one behind the brand and the one that the brand serves - to build her expertise in brand building. She has a proven track record of creating strategies that stand the test of time. Before joining 82.5, Rimjhim worked as a Planning Lead at DDB Remedy India, where she led the healthcare strategy practice for DDB Mudra Group. She worked with clients like Cloudnine Hospitals, Mylan Pharmaceuticals, AstraZeneca, Twin Health, Novo Nordisk, and J&J across geographies like APAC, Europe, and North America. Rimjhim also worked as a Strategist at DDB Bangalore, where she worked with clients like Diageo (RC, RCB), ABFRL, ITC, Glance, Infosys Foundation, and led their healthcare planning. She has also contributed to re-staging of brands in Fashion, Tech and Education, inputted in service & Retail design and Innovation protocol in Homeware and Healthcare brands, and contributed culture-shifting work with some of the biggest market leaders in the country. Rimjhim has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from MICA, where she specialized in Advertising, Digital Communications, Brand Management, Market Research, and Media Planning. She also holds a Young India Fellowship (Diploma in Liberal Studies and Leadership) from Ashoka University and a BA (Hons.) degree in History from Lady Shri Ram College for Women. In addition to her academic achievements, Rimjhim has a strong tech stack and is always looking for ways to incorporate new technologies into her work. Her work has been a finalist for Effies 2020 and has also been recognized in the DDB Worldwide network at the internal awards.
