Rinesh Kumar is a Lead Site Reliability Engineer at MakeMyTrip with over 8 years of technical experience. He is responsible for delivering all Operations/SRE services & processes including managing L2 Environment Support. Rinesh has hands-on experience in end-to-end Production support, Application monitoring, and troubleshooting java-based applications. Rinesh also works with the development and product team of a new application to establish the right monitoring and alerting strategy for System, business, and Error metrics and uses his knowledge to identify and prioritize issues. During his tenure at Wizecommerce India Pvt. Ltd., Rinesh worked as a QA Engineer and was responsible for developing and executing comprehensive suites of automation test plans and test cases, maintaining and adding to existing. He utilized automated testing tools to continuously build automated regression test suites and worked with the team to automate a significant percentage of test cases. Rinesh also has experience working as an Application Developer at QL2 Software, where he gained expertise in Applications Programming using WEB CRAWLING AND EXTRACTION TOOL- WebQL and platform knowledge of WINDOWS. Rinesh holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from ACET, Amritsar.
