Rintu Steffin is a highly experienced Project Manager currently working with Deloitte in Bengaluru. With over 12 years of experience in the industry, Rintu has worked in various domains including BFSI, logistics, retail, data science, ERP, and life science. She started her career as an Infrastructure Engineer and .NET Developer and gradually transitioned to project management. She is responsible for managing multiple and challenging projects and handling multi-geographical, multi-vertical Fortune 1000 Global customers. Rintu has expanded her knowledge base through training and certifications and is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, Professional Scrum Product Owner 1, RHCE, and JNCIA. She has hands-on project experience as a scrum master, product owner, agile coach, and business analyst. She holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering and a Masters degree in marketing. Rintu has worked on MeetNotes and was recognized by Corporate Vision Magazine as the Best SaaS Products Developer 2020 & Most Innovative Team Meeting Management Solution. She is also a board member of PoSH at Deloitte. Outside of work, Rintu enjoys the outdoors, yoga, volunteering, and dance. In her current role at Deloitte, Rintu is responsible for determining the impact of known and anticipated business needs by reviewing system configurations in use. She researches, evaluates, designs, and proposes solutions to meet business needs in accordance with best practices. She also conducts snag identification activities with Quality engineers and prepares plans for timely handover of the project on time. Prior to working with Deloitte, Rintu worked with HashedIn as an Associate Project Manager and with AMI Middle East as an Assistant Project Manager.
