Rishabh Arora is a Consultant at Centric Consulting with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from IIT Roorkee. He is passionate about problem-solving and enjoys discussing fresh perspectives for providing better solutions. During his time at IIT Roorkee, Rishabh was a Student Coordinator leading a team of 150 members in Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, a campus group with the objective of uplifting rural India with technological resources. He was involved in various initiatives under agriculture, health and sanitation, and education. After graduation, Rishabh joined Capgemini and stepped into the unexplored area of software development. He learned multiple languages and was trained to work in Financial Services, which is one of the important cores of Capgemini. He is currently working on Guidewire Studio to create solutions to the problems of clients. Rishabh has experience in leading high-priority defects and features, as well as automating and improving the efficiency of processes using Codecept. He has also handled the role of Software Engineer-cum-BA due to his better communication with clients and functional understanding of the features. In addition to his professional experience, Rishabh enjoys exploring other areas of technology to further his growth. He is proficient in software engineering, test, and UI. Rishabh is approachable, loves coffee, and enjoys meeting new people to share new ideas. He is happy to connect with others and share his knowledge and experience.
