Rishabh Jain is a highly accomplished and decisive engineer with over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in process engineering of oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical projects. He has also spent 2 years in sales, planning, cost estimation for lump sum turnkey contracts, procurement and implementing lean six sigma for continuous improvement. He has worked in India as well as in the USA, U.K, Mexico, and Spain, and is comfortable working with people from around the world. Rishabh's experience includes both small and large size projects, including leading small sizes process teams. His process experience includes process configurations and conceptual studies, detailed feasibility studies, licensor evaluation and selection, process economics analysis, front end engineering and proposal development. He is conversant with industry-standard procedures, process design criteria, process manuals, and software tools. He is also familiar with standard codes and recommended practices used for process design. Rishabh has experience in process simulation & optimization, heat and material balance development, relief load calculations, PFD/ DPDT / P&ID development, equipment sizing, line sizing / hydraulic calculations and other process design activities including document generation and document checking. He has also prepared project work plans, estimation sheets, and time scheduling of project activities to achieve the desired project target. He has independently handled Technical/Commercial proposals, including material take-off and preparing technical annexure for getting proper quotes from vendors. Rishabh has worked with Fluor Corporation for several years, where he is currently serving as a Process Engineer to support pre-commissioning / commissioning activities. He has also held the position of Process Specialist II and Process Specialist I at Fluor Corporation in the past. He has been involved in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for Sulphur Recovery Unit, SWS Unit, Amine Regeneration Unit, and Hydrogen. Rishabh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from VIT, a Master of Business Administration in Oil and Gas Management from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, and a Master of Business Administration in Construction Management from The University of Texas. He also completed his High School education from Ahlcon International School, Delhi. Rishabh is proficient in using software tools such as Aspen HYSYS, Pro-II, KG Tower, PALS, VESA, Microsoft Visio, ERP, and KG Tower.
