Rishabh Kankane is an experienced software engineer with over 3.5 years of experience in the Telco and insurance domains. He is currently working as a Member of Technical Staff-2 R&D at Mavenir Systems in Pune, where he is involved in designing and developing new features for the TAF Framework. Rishabh is proficient in developing software using C/C++, Python, and .NET languages. Rishabh is an innovative thinker who generates new ideas to solve problems and is also a blogger. He has worked on many ideas and has a relevant experience of 4.20 years. Rishabh is passionate about continuous learning and teamwork and is looking for a growth-oriented and challenging career. Prior to joining Mavenir, Rishabh worked as a Software Engineer at Amdocs, where he implemented cross-platform billing methods and designed flow for revenue generation based on charges. He was also involved in bug fixing and handling defects. Rishabh developed a utility batch job that fetched detailed BANs of the day, which had new PTNs or PPs by analyzing data of the product. Rishabh has also worked as a Software Engineer at Larsen & Toubro, where he developed ML models to simplify the complexity of transactions for users. He implemented XGBoost Classifier models for predicting categories of transactions and Market basket algorithms for calculating Item-Item correlation. Rishabh also developed an ML model that could predict the severity amount, probability of claim to be severe, and detecting if the claim is fraud or not. Rishabh has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology, Bhopal.
