Rishabh is currently working as a Manager at Flipkart-Walmart Inc. where his key responsibilities include Category Management, Sourcing, Costing and R&D. Rishabh has a proven track record of delivering results in his previous roles. He has worked with TPG Wholesale Private Limited as a Buyer/Technical Lead - Consumer Durable & IT Product. Here, he was responsible for Product Lifecycle Management of Electrical Home & Kitchen Appliances, Electronics & Accessories, and Cookwares while adhering to PMI process modules. He has also been instrumental in strategizing and implementing new product launches, SKU assortments & pricing to drive sales. Rishabh has also managed vendor identification & short-listing, cost negotiations, production process & quality control, commercials & TOT's, and after-sales service. In his previous role at Orient Electric Limited (CK Birla Group), Rishabh was associated as a Senior R&D Engineer. He led the New Product Development and Quality Improvement for the appliance division of Orient Electric Ltd. He has delivered 15 new projects within 6 months and developed and incorporated innovative and cutting-edge technologies into products to make them unique & stand-alone in the market with intellectual property claims and filings. Rishabh was also responsible for Project Management for the New product and time-bound completion of projects being the key result area. He managed 52+ SKU’s and their OEM’s & vendors in India & abroad (China & Vietnam). Rishabh has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Patna. He completed his High School education from Don Bosco Academy, Patna, with a focus on Science, Mathematics, and Economics. Rishabh is also proficient in Senior Software Engineering, Research Science, and Testing. Rishabh is an effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and hands-on experience in New Product & Technology Development.
