Rishabh Sethi is a Business Technology Consultant with over 7 years of experience working with a wide range of pharma clients across multiple aspects of sales planning, technology, and operations. He has expertise in roster management, territory alignment and maintenance, multi-channel call planning, customer profiling, business rules management, and custom UI build implementations. Rishabh has been involved in and led the delivery of large-scale engagements across North America, LATAM, Europe, and Asia Pacific. He is an expert in designing and helping multiple tech setups move to cloud-based scalable architecture. Rishabh has extensive experience in analyzing client data using tools and technologies such as Excel/SQL/Python to get insights into niche sales/marketing problems and design appropriate solutions based on the analysis. He has led multiple teams of associates and associate consultants, creating project timelines and managing their day-to-day tasks to ensure short-term deliverables as well as timely delivery of the entire engagement.
