He is responsible for mentoring and motivating engineers, reviewing code and architecture designs, and brainstorming features with the product team. With a problem-solving mindset, Rishabjit continuously designs and improves internal processes to smoothen the workflow of each pod and make inter-pod communications seamless. Rishabjit has more than 5 years of relevant experience in AI, senior software engineering, computer vision, research science, and data engineering. He is passionate about technology and automobiles and follows the latest advances in these fields. He is also an adventure seeker and loves to travel to off-beat destinations. Rishabjit's leadership style is based on team development, empathy, and ethics. He has grown from a software developer at Adobe to CTO at Attentive.ai in just four years. Before joining Attentive.ai, he was the Vice President of Technology at the same company, where he led the engineering and computer vision research teams to develop in-house semantic segmentation and object recognition models on high-resolution satellite and aerial imagery. He also led the product development teams to deliver the AutoMeasure module, the first sales automation module for their landscaping business software suite. Rishabjit is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with interdisciplinary specialization in Robotics. He also attended Patel Public School, Rajpura. Rishabjit is proficient in several technologies, including GCP, integration, web, Python, Django, ReactJS, and ML.
