Rishanth Richard is a dynamic and innovative communication and life skills trainer with a passion for empowering individuals to become the best version of themselves. With a background in software engineering, Rishanth has found his calling in training and has impacted the lives of hundreds of students from different nationalities and walks of life. Rishanth strongly believes that his trainings can bring a positive impact in the lives of people he trains. He has completed his certification in Business English Communication from Cambridge University and is a certified IELTS coach. Furthermore, Rishanth is also a certified NLP practitioner and intense learner of behaviour studies. Along with these, Rishanth is also doing his Master Diploma in Training and Development from the reputed IATD (Indian Academy of Training and Training Development). As a trainer, Rishanth considers his trainees as his colleagues and maintains a casual approach in his training sessions. He encourages his participants to speak out and maintains a policy of 50% audience communication and 50% from his side, making learning fun in his classes. Rishanth is currently pursuing his MBA specializing in HR domain to further tune his trainings. He is conducting training programs for various organizations nationally and internationally. Rishanth is mainly intrigued by human behaviour and the nuances of business communication. Apart from being a trainer, Rishanth is also a Quiz master, winning many quiz competitions and conducting them as well. Additionally, he was also recognized as the best sales intern for Principal Mutual funds and was awarded at the prestigious NSE, Mumbai. Rishanth's motto is "Training is impacting! Transforming lives through training!" He strongly believes that his trainings can bring a positive impact in the lives of people he trains and guide them to reach their full potential.
