Rishav Agarwal is a Software Development Engineer 1 at Mindtickle, with a focus on backend development. He has a strong technical background, having worked with a variety of technologies and programming languages, including AWS, Javascript, SQL, MongoDB, C, Redux, ReactJS, and Android. With 3.20 years of relevant experience, Rishav is a skilled software engineer who is passionate about creating innovative solutions. Before joining Mindtickle, Rishav worked at Arcesium as a Member Technical, where he gained valuable experience in software development. Prior to that, he was a Student Trainee at Samsung, where he worked on the 5G team to implement and compare different ML models using Weka to switch between RAT (3G/4G) on-device based on user’s activity to reduce UE’s battery consumption. He collected data for the models using android APIs and sensors such as BatteryManager, HardwareManager etc. Rishav holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Jadavpur University, where he was an active member of the student community. He also completed his Higher Secondary education in Computer Science from Birla High School, Kolkata. Rishav is an active contributor to the open-source community and has a strong presence on Github. He is always seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow his skills and knowledge, and is committed to delivering high-quality results in all his work.
