Rishav Gupta is a highly skilled and motivated software development engineer with over 4 years of experience in achieving software development and project management objectives. He has a verifiable track record of working on emerging technologies and expanding the client base, often being recognized for improving the service landscape. In his previous role as Cloud Engineer 1 at Amazon, Rishav designed and implemented the feedback tool, which was used by mentees to provide feedback to their mentors and implemented the manager view from scratch, which showed the number of mentoring sessions of their reportees at a granular level. He also designed and implemented an ML-based customer sentiment provider, which helped engineers with the customer sentiment so that they format their initial responses based on the customer sentiments. Rishav has excellent technical expertise in Java, AWS, Microservices, Python, ReactJS, Agile, IAC, Linux, CI/CD, and Spring Boot. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Chandigarh University and completed his Intermediate from Ryan International School.
