Rishav Krishna is an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in consumer electronics. He is currently working as a Software Engineer III at Walmart Global Tech India, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining software applications. Prior to this, he worked as a Summer Intern at Samsung, where he developed an Application prediction System using rule-based engine using python, Spark, and ElasticSearch. Rishav has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from Jadavpur University. He is skilled in Java, JavaScript, Android, and C++. With 5.20 years of relevant experience, Rishav has a demonstrated history of working on various software projects. He has worked on Android OS platform upgrades, developed new UI designs for mobile hotspot modules, and created band selection features in mobile hotspots. During his tenure at Samsung, Rishav worked as a Software Developer, where he developed an interactive mesh Wi-Fi router control board, an Android application that utilized Wi-Fi aware protocol, and worked on Android OS platform upgrades. As a Senior Software Engineer, he upgraded Android OS platforms from Android 10 to Android 11 for Samsung flagship devices and developed new UI designs for mobile hotspot modules.
