Rishav Kumar is a highly motivated software engineer currently working at SmartCoin Financials. He has a passion for technology and enjoys building products, working in a team, drafting plans, solving problems, and celebrating achievements. Rishav's work experience includes making websites as a Full-Stack developer. Rishav graduated from IIT Kanpur with a dual degree (B.Tech-M.Tech) in 2021. In his previous role as a Full Stack Developer at LearnTricks Edutech, Rishav's objective was to create an Account ERP website having registration and document upload pages for companies and directors and build an E-Commerce website with login, navigation, search bar, shopping cart, and wish list features. He used HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript to design and develop the web pages for both websites. Rishav also conceptualized and implemented a relational database structure of six tables in the E-Commerce website and created like/unlike and quantity increment/decrement buttons for items using jQuery. Rishav's experience as a Data Scientist at Boeing involved analyzing reliability data to obtain its predictability and improve operations and maintenance of airplanes. He analyzed various types of two years reliability data by making data frames using the Pandas library in Python and implemented Natural Language Processing using the Nltk library to analyze discrepancy text using Tf-idf score. Rishav also predicted cancellations and time of delays of an airplane by discrepancy text using four machine learning algorithms. He achieved an accuracy score of 95% using Multinomial Naive Bayes algorithm in predicting time of delays and displayed major reasons of discrepancies using matplotlib and purposed analysis of maintenance action for them. Rishav's education history includes a Master of Technology - MTech and a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. He also completed CBSE (XII) from Munam Public School, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, and CBSE (X) from Ramakrishna Mission Vidyapith, Deoghar.
