Rishav Saha is an experienced SAP Functional Consultant at TCS with over 7 years of relevant experience in the industry. He has a solid background in Production Planning-Execution, Quality Management, and Plant Maintenance and has worked for one of the top ten Pharma Companies headquartered in the UK. Prior to joining TCS, Rishav has worked as an Associate Consultant at Capgemini, where he provided production support to client applications. He has experience in working with SQL, Unix, and Microsoft Office and has used tools like ServiceNow, Autosys, SecureCRT, WinSCP, and AppDynamics. He was responsible for sending daily reports to clients and managers, training and guiding new resources, and handling production support install, RRT, and client calls. Additionally, he has prepared KT documents and plans and provided support to management in preparing project documents like Service Governance Plan, Information Asset Register, Unified Risk Register, BCP Plan, Team Information Sheet, On-Boarding and Off-Boarding of resources, etc for Audit. Rishav has also worked as a Project Management Intern at Cuemath, where he collaborated with stakeholders across the business to plan, develop, and execute tasks. He has experience in analyzing client data and presenting project performance in front of higher management. He has also collaborated with other departments to integrate logistics with business processes and has experience in the ERP module of project management. Rishav holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management, Operations, and Analytics from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK) and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the Government College of Engineering & Textile Technology, Berhampore. He has also completed his AISSCE in Mathematics and Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya Army Barrackpore. In addition to his strong functional skills, Rishav has experience in product management and is proficient in SQL. He is a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
