Rishav Surana is a Principal Engineering Manager at Microsoft with over 8 years of relevant experience. He is a full-stack developer who loves to work on new ideas and concepts and bring them to customers. Rishav is playing the role of a Manager, Architect, and Product Owner, taking ownership and pushing the team to learn new technologies to build better products for the future. He leads a highly motivated team and is responsible for building world-class user interfaces and features requested by customers. Before joining Microsoft, Rishav worked at SAP as a Development Manager and Product Owner, where he redefined the user experience for SAP CX Cloud for Customer. He also worked as a Product Owner and Development Expert at SAP. Rishav holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes. He completed his Bachelor of Computer Applications from Christ University and received his 12th-grade education in Commerce from Sri Nehru Vidyalaya. Rishav began his computer science education at Stepping Stone Model School. Rishav's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer. He is a highly motivated and driven individual who is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
