Rishi Garg is an Associate Consultant at Capgemini with a background in Electronics Engineering. He also worked with HUL, where he created a brand comparison algorithm using Brandwatch. He implemented Sentiment analysis and apriori algorithms to analyze customer sentiment for marketing campaigns for HUL. Additionally, Rishi worked on converting black box ML algorithms using LIME and WhatIF into the explainable models. Prior to Capgemini, Rishi worked at OYO Rooms, where he customized bookings, went through user preferences, and offered rooms to match what customers actually like. He also worked on a project called BIG BANG, which was focused on targeting potential events and festivals specific to various regions to promote talks with various chains that had not been a part of OYO or working as an independent business to come under its radius. Rishi has a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad. He also has experience in marketing, digital marketing strategies, social media marketing, and peer-to-peer thesis. Rishi's tech stack includes test, ML, Sentiment Analysis, Data Scientist, Deep Learning, and P2P.
