Rishi Khare is the Founder and CEO of Thrymr Software, an end-to-end software development services company with teams in India, Germany, Myanmar, and Singapore. With over 18 years of relevant experience, Rishi is a seasoned software engineer who has worked in various roles in the software industry before starting his own company. Rishi's love for computers began when he received a PC as a gift from his school when he got a state rank in his class 12th exams. He eventually became a coder and started Thrymr with a team of 150+ engineers who share his passion for software development. At Thrymr, Rishi helps companies of all sizes to craft beautiful and quality software solutions. He also helps individuals to take their learning and expertise to the next level in this profession. Thrymr has clients from different business verticals across the globe, and they have strong experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Fintech, Edutech, and E-Commerce. They build Web, Mobile, Analytics, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and RPA solutions in both fixed price and effort-based engagement models. Rishi and his team are AWS Consulting Partners, and they have deep expertise in building cloud-native solutions for AWS that can scale infinitely. Thrymr brings the product mindset to the services Industry, building and delivering solutions at 2/3rd of the market price and almost half of the time frame with exceptional quality. Prior to starting Thrymr, Rishi worked at e-data experts, Inc as the India Head - Delivery, where he successfully delivered multiple products and managed a team of roughly 100+ people. He also worked at Cura Software as the Application Architect/Development Manager, where he managed a team of 11 members and delivered a product while involved in requirements, design, architecture, implementation, and project management. Rishi completed his BTech in Aerospace from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur in 2004. His tech stack includes Software Engineer, AWS, Blockchain, ML, Mobile, Web, QA, Senior Software Engineer, and Infra.
