Rishi Saraf is a highly experienced and innovative leader with a passion for technology. With over 16 years of hands-on experience in developing and managing highly scalable enterprise software products using Java, Web, and Cloud technologies, he has established himself as a prominent figure in the industry. Currently, Rishi serves as the Co-Founder of devdynamics, where he is building a data-driven software development process and team. Before founding devdynamics, Rishi worked as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Hotstar and the Senior Software Engineering Manager at Walmart. At Hotstar, he played a crucial role in developing and managing the software engineering team. At Walmart, he led the Order promise and shipping engineering team, where he was responsible for the vision, product strategy, and execution for all Omni-channel shipping propositions. He also drove On-time delivery, split and upgrade reduction, Pre/Post purchase NPS while driving incremental GMV to the site through innovative customer promise initiatives and providing the best-in-class delivery experience. Rishi completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from SGSITS in 2006. He possesses a diverse skill set that includes software engineering, Java, Web, and senior software engineering. With his relevant experience of 16.36 years, Rishi has established himself as a prominent figure in the industry.
