Rishika Agarwal is an engineering entrepreneur who is passionate about merging the worlds of weddings and technology to make weddings fun and stress-free. She is currently the Founder of WedHaven, where she is responsible for taking the product from ideation to launch across all avenues. This involves R&D, tech, product development, branding/marketing, sales and networking, and team management. Prior to founding WedHaven, Rishika worked as a Senior Software Engineering Consultant at Altruist, where she set up the architecture for the newly formed engineering team. Her responsibilities included building the front-end framework using React technology, setting up code quality measures, testing framework, error checking/handling, and CI/CD pipelines, and enforcing engineering best practices. Rishika also worked as a Webmaster at the University of Southern California, where she handled website management for the TeamCore Research Group, using PHP, JS, and CSS. Rishika holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a B.Tech. in Information Technology from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida. She also has an SSC in Science (PCM) from St. Anthony's Junior College, Agra. Rishika's tech stack includes expertise in research science, infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, and frontend development. With 9.03 years of relevant experience, Rishika is a skilled entrepreneur with a passion for making weddings more fun and stress-free through the use of technology.
