Rishika Dhanawade is a dynamic and enthusiastic problem solver with a passion for technology. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Loylty Rewardz Mgmt. Pvt. Ltd, a Fintech company, she is also a self-taught Blockchain enthusiast. With a keen interest in cognitive and logical skills, Rishika has worked on a variety of programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, MySQL, Java, SQL, and ReactJS. Prior to joining Loylty Rewardz, Rishika has worked as a Subject Matter Expert at Bartleby, where she solved problems related to Data Structures and Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, and Java-based programs. She has also worked as a Machine Learning Intern at Foxmula, where she analyzed the PUBG dataset using XGBoost algorithms. Rishika has completed her e-Diploma in Advanced Computing (e-DAC) from C-DAC and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Xavier Institute of Engineering. She has also completed her Higher Secondary School Certificate in Mathematics and Computer Science from Navneet Junior College of Arts, Commerce, and Science and her Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from St Teresa High School.
