Rishika Wadhera is a BTech student at ITER, SOA University with a passion for technology and a desire to keep learning and exploring. She is currently interning as a SWE at Celigo and as a SDE at LinkedIn, both of which are set to continue into 2022. Rishika is also a DESIS Ascend Fellow at the D. E. Shaw Group, where she is gaining valuable experience in software engineering. Rishika has a strong background in computer science, having completed her high school education in the science stream at BJEM School-2. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in CSE at Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University, which is set to be completed in 2023. During her studies, Rishika has developed a keen interest in the MERN stack and enjoys problem solving. In addition to her internships and fellowship, Rishika has also worked as a mentee at Codess.cafe and as an open source contributor at Kharagpur Open Source Society. These experiences have given her a well-rounded understanding of the software engineering industry and helped her to develop her skills as a software engineer. Rishika's tech stack includes software engineering, and she has 1.11 years of relevant experience. She is a hardworking and dedicated individual who is committed to achieving her goals and making a positive impact in the software engineering industry.
