Rishikesh Rajesh Kadam is a highly skilled Software Engineer and Blockchain Enthusiast with a strong passion for the blockchain technology and its applications beyond Cryptocurrency. He is currently pursuing his CS Grad degree at USC while working as a Software Development Engineer at FullThrottle Labs. Rishikesh has gained significant expertise in React, Node, Express, TypeScript, JavaScript, Flutter, and PostgreSQL through his work experience. He has also published a paper titled "Land Records System Using Hybrid Blockchain," which is based on his team's project that developed an Ethereum-based system with Solidity smart contracts to record the land sale transactions. In his previous role as a Web Development Intern at VESIT Renaissance Cell, Rishikesh developed a website for leaving certificate application processing for VESIT. The website supports three different roles, including students, HODs, and administrators, and allows online submission of documents for leaving certificate application by students followed by verification by HODs and administrators through their accounts and generation of the certificate. Rishikesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology. He also has a strong educational background, including HSC from Pace Junior Science College and SSC from Wamanrao Muranjan Madhyamik Vidyalaya. Apart from his professional work, Rishikesh enjoys watching reruns of The Big Bang Theory and reading True Crime novels. With 3.20 years of relevant experience, Rishikesh is a highly skilled and dedicated professional who is always eager to learn and explore new technologies.
