Rishikesh Pimpale is a highly skilled software engineer with over 6 years of experience in object-oriented programming using Java and C#. He is a self-starter and an excellent team player who is always focused on understanding the big picture. Currently, he works as a Software Engineer at RedMane Technology LLC, where he is a member of the mCase product development team, which is responsible for RedMane’s cloud-based case management tool. Rishikesh has been instrumental in implementing new features and adding enhancements to both mCase web and mobile applications using front-end web technologies like JavaScript, AngularJS, and REST to interface with the backend in C# .Net and MS SQL. He holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai. In his previous role as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago CBA IT, Rishikesh worked as a technical analyst for the departments under the College of Business to resolve IT-related issues. He also worked as a web developer for the UIC Business website using Sitefinity CMS and played a critical role in the development of the UIC undergraduate website. Additionally, he created and managed different workflows for six departments of UIC Business School in MS SharePoint 2010 and created feedback surveys using Qualtrics tool for the UIC Business School faculty and staff. Rishikesh's experience also includes working as an Assistant Systems Engineer at TCS, where he designed and developed J2EE web applications using JSP and wrapped all common SQL database related operations using JDBC components. He also performed manual testing for web applications and microstrategy reports and analyzed requirement documents to create test scenarios and designed test cases.
