Rishubh Singh is a Pre-Doctoral Researcher at Google Research India with a keen interest in exploring cognition and learning about the human brain through Machine Learning. He is passionate about working on ML problems that take inspiration from psychology and neuroscience to improve current technologies and using ML for behavioral modeling and adding to our understanding of intelligence. Currently working as a Software Developer at Graviton Research Capital, Rishubh has gained extensive experience in low latency C++ trading software development. He has previously worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at NPTEL, where he was responsible for maintaining coursework and forums for a MOOC course on Parallel Programming using OpenMP. Rishubh also has experience as a Master Thesis student at the Indian Institute of Technology, where he analyzed neural nets that are structurally biologically more plausible and replicate human behavior. Rishubh has an impressive academic background, having completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) and Masters of Technology (M.Tech.) Dual Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He also holds a degree in Science from City Montessori School, Lucknow. With a strong technical background, Rishubh has expertise in research science, ML, software engineering, and RNN. He is a driven individual with 3.79 years of relevant experience and has published a short paper accepted at the Sixth Annual Conference for Cognitive Science (ACCS) in 2019. Rishubh is constantly seeking to expand his knowledge and skills in the field of Machine Learning and its applications in understanding human cognition.
