Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at games24x7, Ritesh is responsible for leading and growing a dynamic team to support scaling up the tech stack for India's largest real-money gaming company. He is helping diversify the portfolio by rolling out new real money games, building key tools to support contextual communication, and has a keen focus on quick ideation to deployment of games and features. Prior to his current role, Ritesh served as the Director of Engineering at play games24x7, where he helped build a technology stack that enabled My11Circle to become one of the top 3 fantasy platforms in India. He also worked as the Director of Engineering at Freight Tiger, where he set up a tech center in Bangalore from scratch and built a neutral platform for both shippers and transport companies to grow their business. Ritesh completed his education from prestigious institutions, including Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, and Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology. He has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer and has expertise in mobile technology.
