Ritesh Dash is a skilled Platforms Engineer with 2.37 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing efficient in-house tools for Myntra. He is a graduate of the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, where he earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science. Currently, Ritesh is working at Myntra as a Software Engineer, where he is responsible for building fast, reliable, and efficient in-house tools. At Myntra, Ritesh has worked on various projects, including VM migration to K8s from scratch, multi DC deployment features, and designing and implementing UI. He has also set up and maintained dgraph db instead of traditional sql/no sql dbs for hierarchical data storage. Ritesh has gained expertise in SQL, Ansible, test, CI/CD, and Docker. Prior to his current role, Ritesh worked as a Summer Intern at Myntra, where he developed a user-friendly feature for easy deployment of services into the CI/CD pipeline. He also wrote a Cron to delete dangling docker images, containers, and networks using GO. Additionally, he worked as the Technical Head at Spawn, NIT Rourkela. Ritesh is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, which he is expected to complete in April 2024.
