Ritesh Garg is a seasoned product management professional with over 9 years of experience in launching and scaling multi-sided platform products. He has a proven track record of successfully executing product discovery, launch, and scaling across SaaS, B2C and B2B businesses. Ritesh has a deep understanding of the drivers for product success at early-stage, growth-stage and enterprise firms. Currently, Ritesh is a Senior Product Director at Gartner, where he is leading the India product team for Gartner's multi-sided tech platform, Peer Insights. Ritesh was the first product hire in India and built the product and UX team, growing it to 8 members. He has shipped 10+ new products and enhancements for platform engagement, growth and automation. Ritesh is responsible for the ownership of key business metrics for platform growth, visitor conversions, content moderation and process automation. He has a leadership NPS of 40, which is 2.5 times of BU Average and is consistently rated as “Exceeds Expectations” throughout. Prior to his current role, Ritesh has held various product management positions at Gartner. He has launched and scaled Peer Insights “Plus”, a freemium product targeting the needs of IT professionals globally to drive reviews growth at zero additional costs. He has also launched “Review Referral” that contributes 15% of the avg. monthly reviews and automated 10+ processes in review moderation, content production and quality leading to +40% in team efficiency. Ritesh has also worked at Rivigo and MoEngage, where he launched and scaled 10+ products across platform growth, operations and finance at Rivigo (40% revenue share) and launched 2 new SaaS products - Web Push Notifications & Email Marketing - driving at MoEngage (30% of ARR). Ritesh holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, a Masters in Management (Exchange Student) from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
