Ritesh Gujral is an accomplished IT professional with over 9.7 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Automation. Currently, he is serving as an Automation Test Lead at Walmart, where he is part of the Stores Mobile Platform team. Ritesh has set up the End-to-End CI/CD pipeline for daily Automation runs, developed and enhanced the Automation framework for Mobile and Web Apps, and designed a generic framework using Rest Assured for API Automation. He has also led a team of five members and developed a framework for Android App Perf for benchmarking the android app across all versions. Before joining Walmart, Ritesh worked as a Senior SDET at AirAsia, where he drove the mobile testing effort within the organization. He designed and created Automation frameworks, internal software, and applications. He also Dockerized a web-based solution to trigger UI test cases and execute them in parallel over multiple Android and iOS devices using Docker. Tests were triggered from anywhere via a web-service, and profusely parallelized tests were run in dynamically created Dockerized containers. Ritesh also defined and executed the testing strategy. Prior to AirAsia, Ritesh served as an SDET at Hike, where he oversaw the design, development, and support of a number of in-house web-based applications and web services. He provided technical expertise and organizational skills to a team of Test Engineers, engaged in user requirements gathering, project planning, design, implementation, and testing. Ritesh also improved processes to secure customer's data and enhance database performance. He designed and tested automation scripts in Selenium for UI Automation and maintained in-house grids for UI automation tests. Ritesh has a Bachelor's degree in Technology from Trident Academy of Technology, BPUT. He also completed his 10th Board, ICSE, from St. Joseph Convent High School, Sambalpur, Orissa.
