Ritesh Keskar is an innovative and solutions-oriented professional with over 21 years of experience in providing strategic guidance, architecture assistance, client and product management, leading delivery teams, and implementing continuous process improvement. He has a broad scope of experience in IT, digital, strategy, SaaS, consulting, professional services, and startup management. Ritesh's key areas of focus include IT strategy and consultation, digital transformation, sales support, ecommerce, CMS, PIM, and delivery management, managing P&L, supply chain management, professional services, offshore team management, vendor and partner relationship, project and program management (Agile and Waterfall), and business analysis and requirements management. He is an Executive MBA graduate from Quantic School of Business and Technology, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Currently, Ritesh is the Co-Founder and Tech Startup Director at Ponypal, where he partnered with a couple of people to help launch a new type of messaging app. He managed the app development team and collaborated on app features and market positioning. The app was made live in November 2019. Previously, Ritesh worked at Vertafore as the Director of Professional Services and Development, where he restructured and managed multiple teams, assisted in managing revenue targets, migrated to product development, and managed those teams. He also adopted SAFe Agile methodology and worked closely with Product Management teams to understand priorities and manage team deliverables. Ritesh also worked at Perficient as the Director and Senior PIM Consultant for Commerce Solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Advance Computing in Computer Programming from C-DAC. Ritesh's tech stack includes product management, and he is committed to building long-term relationships, elevating employee skillsets and work satisfaction, and making organizations successful.
