Ritesh is the Co-Founder and CEO of TranZact, a platform that helps SME owners grow their businesses by converting their business data into insights and actionable decisions. With over 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ritesh has gained expertise in B2B business, SME business, product design, business strategy, private equity, and investment banking. He graduated from IIT Kharagpur with a dual degree in BTech and MTech. Prior to co-founding TranZact, Ritesh worked as an Investment Professional at Everstone Capital Advisors, where he evaluated primarily buyout Private Equity deals across sectors with a strong focus on IT, technology, multiplex, healthcare, consumers, and FMCG. He also worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Ambit Holdings, where he gained professional experience in end-to-end mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment banking corporate advisory, and private equity investments. Ritesh's current focus is on building and growing TranZact towards its mission to digitize millions of SMEs. The platform consists of a suite of software/apps that can help businesses manage their internal operations, connect with other companies, discover new companies, and execute new trades. The platform helps these companies take faster and better decisions with the help of data that is generated on the platform. As a product designer, Ritesh has a demonstrated history of over 10 years of relevant experience.
