Ritesh Menon is a tech zealot, fervent leader, and perpetual learner with over 15 years of industry experience across a wide spectrum of technologies and business domains. As the Vice President of Technology at Globant, Ritesh has handled multiple responsibilities over the years, including working across various studios to investigate new technology trends, suggesting innovative ideas to reinvent clients' businesses, and generating thought leadership content. Ritesh has also led the UI Engineering Studio, one of the largest silos at Globant, in a global role as the Studio Partner. In this role, he was responsible for defining and executing the vision and mission statement of the studio. Additionally, he has overseen engineering functions across high-value strategic client engagements in the Europe & Asia Pacific regions. Ritesh has had the good fortune of working with clients in multiple domains, including Telecom, Data Center Virtualization, Network Functions Virtualization (NFV), Media, Aviation, Travel & Hospitality, Identity Management, Entertainment, and Digital Banking. This varied experience, coupled with a rich background in technology, has helped him apply innovative ideas in their digital transformation journeys. Ritesh has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same university. He also attended Nowrosjee Wadia College and Kamalnayan Bajaj School in India. His tech stack includes UI and Senior Software Engineer.
