Ritesh Nayak is a healthcare and wellness professional with a passion for providing high-quality health insurance and benefits to employees at affordable rates. He is currently working at Plum as the Manager of Enterprise Accounts, where he helps organizations set up and manage their employee health insurance and benefit plans. Ritesh has been instrumental in providing a modern experience for employees that makes it easy for them to understand and use their insurance, and initiate their claims in under five minutes. Prior to joining Plum, Ritesh worked as an Account Manager at the same company, where he played a key role in helping hundreds of companies, including Twilio, Unacademy, and CleverTap, move to Plum in the last few months. He has also worked as the Global Engagement and Solutions Lead at Goodera, the largest CSR and Volunteering Lifecycle Management Tech company, where he engaged with clients and helped them leverage the platform and services to design, execute, and track the effectiveness of their CSR and Volunteering programs. Ritesh has a strong educational background in data science, business analytics, and mechanical engineering. He holds a Master of Science degree in Data Science from Liverpool John Moores University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics from IIIT Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University. He also completed his 10th and 12th grade education in Computer Science from D.A.V Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Gillnagar. With almost five years of relevant experience, Ritesh is a highly motivated and results-driven professional who is passionate about healthcare and wellness.
