Ritesh Rajani is a highly skilled Software and Data Engineer with 19 years of diverse work experience in the domains of Retail Data Science and IoT. He is also a passionate advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, having worked extensively on policies and programs for the inclusion of women, people with disabilities, and LGBTQ+ persons. Ritesh is a hands-on technology enthusiast who has worked on end-to-end agile product development in startup-like settings. He is a full-stack designer and developer of distributed applications for the cloud, with a primary specialty in this area. Additionally, he has a secondary specialty in the full spectrum of Diversity and Inclusion practices, with expertise in LGBTQ+ Inclusion. Ritesh holds a master's in computer applications and has a US Patent for an invention in the field of Radio Frequency Identification. He is currently working as a Lead AI Engineer at Target, where he is responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions. Ritesh has also worked as a Lead AI Engineer (Contract) at Target in the past. In addition to his work at Target, Ritesh is also the Founding Geek of incluzive.tech, a venture that aims to leverage and tweak existing technology solutions to deliver usable assistive solutions for people with disabilities and create solutions that propagate inclusion. The first solution, currently in alpha, seeks to make town-halls, offline events, and online meetings accessible to the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing community, using cloud and AI-based speech-to-text services.
