He is a technically accomplished professional with expertise in Core Java, Concurrency, REST API development using Spring, Design Patterns, System Design, Data Structures and Algorithms, SQL, GIT, and other technical tools. Ritesh has worked with Agile methodology and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. He has experience working on multithreaded environments, designing and developing features in Core Java, and developing REST services for interaction with UI as well as another REST layer. Prior to joining Oracle, Ritesh worked as an Engineering Specialist at Software AG, where he refined features along with POC, designed and developed features in Core Java, applied design principles and algorithms with the usage of proper data structure for feature completion, and developed REST services for interaction with UI as well as another REST layer. He also worked as an R&D Engineer at Nokia, where he was involved in the development of modules with Agile methodology, requirement analysis and designing for project releases, refactored existing code for reducing technical debt, and actively involved in testing phases. Ritesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics & Communication from Shri Vaishnav Institute of Technology and Science.
