He is currently the Founder & CEO of CBDNS, where he defines and articulates the company's vision and develops proper strategies to achieve the same in coordination with the Board. Ritesh administers day-to-day activities in coordination with the General Managers/Functional Heads, develops and monitors strategies to ensure achieving the set business targets year after year, and oversees the entire operation of the company while managing its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Prior to his current role, Ritesh founded and served as the CEO of Crazy Developer and Crazy Bazar, where he gained extensive experience in entrepreneurship and management. He has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Lovely Professional University and completed his education at Emmanuel School. Ritesh is an expert in technical aspects particularly with respect to R&D Native, Recombination and Cell Culture as well as production activities.
