Rithik Sharma is a senior year undergraduate student from India majoring in Computer Science and Engineering. He has a keen interest in Programming Language-based research, particularly in compilers with LLVM. Rithik has been accepted twice for Google Summer of Code in 2020 and 2021 under the LLVM Compiler Infrastructure, where he worked on a loop safety compiler utility and the Clang static analyzer. His experience and expertise in the field have made him a valuable asset to the LLVM foundation, where he has worked as a Google Summer of Code participant. Currently, Rithik works as a Student Software Developer at hightec edv-systeme gmbh, where he is involved in developing software applications. He has also worked with LLVM foundation as a Google Summer of Code participant, where he was mentored by Artem Dergachev, Raphael Isemann, Whitney Tsang, Bardia Mahjour, and Ettore Tiotto. Rithik's work with LLVM foundation involved Clang Static Analyzer performance profiling and unifying ways to move code or check if code is safe to be moved. Rithik is looking for more PL/Compiler-based research work and is open to new opportunities in the field. He has a strong educational background, having completed his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Lovely Professional University. He also completed a Free Mover program in Informatik from Universität des Saarlandes and participated in two summer schools in Programming Language Research and Programming Languages Implementation. Rithik's technical skills include Software Engineering, Research Science, and Infra.
