Rithish Saralaya is a seasoned technology leader with over 15 years of experience in research, analysis, design, development, and implementation of web applications using Python, Golang, C#.Net, LAMP, and JS technologies. He is currently serving as the SVP of Engineering at redBus, a MakeMyTrip-Goibibo Group company. In his current role, Rithish is responsible for leading the engineering team in India and internationally for the Bus, Rail, and CarPool businesses at redBus. He has also previously headed the Engineering of Ground Transport (Cabs, Rails, Bus, Metro) business at MakeMyTrip & Goibibo. Rithish has a strong educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from nmamit, nitte, and a Pre-University degree in Science from Canara PU College. He also completed his SSLC from Canara High School. Throughout his career, Rithish has gained extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer and Research Scientist in the web development space. He possesses excellent leadership skills and has successfully built and led teams for over 10 years. Rithish's technical expertise includes web development, Python, Golang, and other relevant technologies. He has a total of 21.12 years of relevant experience, making him a highly skilled and valuable asset to any organization.
