Ritik Poshattiwar is a skilled Software Engineer with over 3 years of relevant experience in the industry. Currently, he is working as an Application Developer at Thoughtworks, where he is involved in building a digital lending platform for one of the largest private sector banks in India. His responsibilities include developing and adding features for multiple lending products, rewiring and adding new products to the platform, and improving the performance of the authentication system. Ritik has expertise in a wide range of technologies, including Kotlin, Springboot/Webflux, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker, and ReactJS. He has also worked as an intern at Thoughtworks, where he completed training in Object-Oriented Development, test-driven development (TDD), UI development, and clean coding practices. During his time at Digitate, he worked as a Project Intern and developed an application to extract and categorize incident descriptions by text clustering and keyword discovery using NLP. Ritik holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Walchand College of Engineering, a government-aided autonomous institute in Sangli-M.S. He has experience working with various tech stacks, including ReactJS, Kubernetes, Docker, MongoDB, Spring Boot, Kotlin, NLP, and Java.
