Ritik Verma is a highly skilled Software Engineer L4 at Google India, with over 4 years of relevant experience in the field of Data Engineering. He is a part of the Data Engineering team at Media.net, a Contextual Advertising Platform, where he is responsible for the development and operations of logging infrastructure, distributed systems, data pipelines, real-time and batch data analytics. Currently, Ritik is working on maintaining and optimizing Real Time Data Module based on Druid, an open source technology that is primarily used to store, query, and analyze large event streams. He has also worked as a Software Development Engineer at Directi, where he was a part of the Data Engineering team at Media.net and worked on similar projects. In addition, Ritik has also worked as a Product Engineer Intern at Gojek, where he developed a Deployment Platform using Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PostgreSQL for easing the deployment process at Go-Jek. He used Gitlab and Jira API, authenticated using CAS (Central Authentication Service), and deployed using Chef (cookbooks and recipes). Ritik holds an Integrated Post Graduate degree (Btech+Mtech) in Information Technology from IIITM, where he gained expertise in various technologies such as dotNET, MySQL, SQL, Hadoop, OpenCV, Ruby, Javascript, Kafka, Spring, and Flask. He also holds an ISC degree in PCM Science from St. Antony's Inter College. With his strong technical skills and experience in data engineering, Ritik is a valuable asset to any team he works with.
