Ritika Chaturvedi is an experienced Operations and Strategy professional with over 8 years of experience in project management, business transformation, vendor management, operations excellence, and process improvement. She has a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and cross-team technical projects through evaluation and analysis of data and business needs. Ritika is well-versed with the application of analytical/statistical tools and problem-solving techniques used for driving process improvements and for solving operational issues. Currently, she works as a Digital & Technology Manager at CBRE, where she manages an operating budget over ~415k USD, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, spending, reconciliation, tracking, and ensuring progress towards financial goals and expenditures. She has established processes related to demand management, resource planning, procurement, and budgeting leading to improved team utilization. Ritika has also organized and led steering committees with senior management to drive and influence decision making. She has optimized the operations and processes to be agile and efficient in rapidly changing conditions. In the past, she has worked as an Operations Manager at idap.io (bitfex) and as a Business Transformation professional at British Telecom. At British Telecom, she launched a digital platform for creating Procurement as a brand, improved real-time interactions with customers, and increased data generation. She also devised a new value methodology for determining Procurement’s external and internal savings and expenditure.
