Ritika Jindal is a passionate product person with a focus on customer empathy and bias to action, along with stakeholder management. With 5 years of product and technical experience, she has demonstrated the ability to manage the entire lifecycle of B2B SaaS products and is an expert in solving end-users' problems. Currently working as a Product Manager at Gainsight, Ritika has previously worked as an APM with Worxogo, where she incorporated product changes to drive customer engagement and firm profits. She worked on all aspects of product management, starting from conceptualization till execution and launching multiple features for their B2B clients. Ritika's day-to-day work involves defining the 'why,' 'what,' and 'when' so that her team can deliver a complete product experience. She has an MBA from DMS, IIT Delhi, which has made her a more analytical, logical, and patient individual. Before starting her MBA, she worked as a Software Engineer at Samsung R&D for two years. Ritika has a diverse set of skills, including product management, AI, software engineering, research, testing, SQL, design, Android, and senior software engineering. She has experience working with different teams, including finance and marketing, across geos and different time zones, creating multiple billing models and subscription plans. In her free time, Ritika likes to indulge in vlogging, sketching, exploring new places, and trekking/hiking with friends.
