She is currently working as the Associate Director of Human Resources at DotPe, where she is responsible for hiring top talent. Ritika has extensive experience in various areas such as Talent Management, Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relations, and Performance Management. Ritika has significant exposure to creating strategies for recruiting & hiring practices, headhunting, retention approaches, management support, and negotiations that benefit the organization's goals. Before joining DotPe, Ritika worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager at DotPe and as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at AWC Software. While working at AWC Software, Ritika managed large recruitment targets in hiring IT professionals across PAN India. She successfully managed contract hiring for all business units independently and was responsible for determining competitive compensation ranges for all client positions. Ritika also conducted regular follow-up with stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. She shared responsibility for key HR functions, including Employee Relations, Succession Planning, and Background Investigations. Ritika holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Delhi University.
