She screened profiles based on skill sets, coordinated with candidates until they completed all rounds of interview and selection, and released offer letters. Besides recruitment, she also managed on-boarding, induction of new joiners, employee relations, and exit formalities. Ritika has also worked as a Human Resources Intern at Oppo, where she assisted in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination of candidates, and provided newly-joined employees with induction programs and made them aware of the company's HR policies.
