Ritika Nandi is a Software Engineer at Ericsson Global with a passion for automating processes using Machine Learning. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering, with a minor in Big Data. Her academic research interests lie in the fields of Acoustic Signal Processing, Natural Language Processing (Text Representation Techniques and Classification), and Image Classification models. Ritika has experience working as a Software Developer and is skilled in developing, implementing, and testing enterprise-level web applications on the J2EE platform using Angular Framework, Java, JavaScript, Servlets, HTML, and CSS. She is also well-versed in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Audio & Speech, NLP, Python, Keras, TensorFlow, SQL, and Angular. Currently, as a Software Engineer at Ericsson, Ritika is responsible for the implementation, testing, and maintenance of enterprise-level web applications on the J2EE platform using Java, JavaScript, Servlets, JSP, HTML, and CSS based on business requirements. She also provides technical support to production systems, performs tests on applicable codes, and designs code for new design specifications. Ritika has won the Group IT Hackfest 2021 in two categories - New Business Opportunity and Optimization. Hackfest is a 72-hour long innovation challenge for all Group IT employees at Ericsson. In her past roles, Ritika has worked as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Ericsson and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Manipal Institute of Technology. At Manipal Institute of Technology, she worked on research papers on Acoustic Scene Classification using Kervolution-Based SubSpectralNet and Detection of COVID-19 from X-rays using Hybrid Deep Learning Models. Ritika's technical skills, coupled with her experience and academic research interests, make her a valuable asset in the field of Software Engineering. She is proficient in a range of technologies, including Java, NLP, Deep Learning, SQL, and AngularJS, and has relevant experience of 2.78 years.
